All project quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials needed, and project scope. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule a service with us, we'll do our best to arrive during the agreed timeframe. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule. We'll notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This helps us serve our customers efficiently and keep our schedule running smoothly.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty. The specific terms depend on your project and will be outlined in your contract. We don't warranty issues caused by ground movement, improper drainage, or damage from external sources.

Concrete naturally develops hairline cracks as it cures and ages. These are normal and don't affect the structural integrity of your project. We'll explain what to expect during your consultation.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring us, you grant us access to your property to complete the agreed work. You're responsible for securing pets and ensuring safe access to the work area. Please let us know about any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features before we start.

We take safety seriously and follow all applicable regulations. Our team will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but some temporary disruption to landscaping or surrounding areas may occur during concrete work.

Limitation of Liability

We carry proper insurance for our work. However, we're not liable for damages beyond the cost of the services provided. We're not responsible for delays or problems caused by weather, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
